The beats of a metronome hook the three dancers in a merciless sound field, the rule being: at least one movement per beat. Dynamic changes produce the music and a coincidental play among the performers whose only moments of individual freedom occur in the space between two beats. The beat of time urges the bodies on until they decompose into a pulsating mass.

»Humour is a popular stylistic device: In a grandiose bizarre performance, the POGOensemble showed 3 dancers who shake their heads, shrug their bodies or kick out their extremities to the beats of an obtrusive metronome. This choreography was a real discovery.«
